Job Description: Schedule patients using the IDX system for gastroenterologic procedures in the GI suite of the GI and Nutrition Division located in the Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia Main Building. Answer the telephone for the department and perform administrative duties to maintain the overall function of the department. Interface with other departments both within and outside of the hospital to provide an ideal experience for the patients and families. Verify insurance with families and instruct them on referral requirements.
