Scheindlin made a series of statement on Zimroth the court appointed moniter with support from Department of Justice. He is a big time civil rights advocate wrote on the prosecution of Black Panthers in a book called Preversion of Justice I read the book. I recommend reading it to understand how zimroth will do things. Scheindlin gave out the orders of how NYPD will be monitored. Why the courts doing this? well NYC city government is essentially run by the police with the excpetion of Charles Barron that has been the case for for over 30 years courts had no choice. NYC city council yea garbage. yea Charles Barron is the big winner today I feel the only one that was serious against stop and frisk among NYC city hall people i feel he proved with his actions over the years. I am happy for barron a person I respect the entire NYC elite went against Barron when he ran for congress they spent million of dollars to defeat him yea he was the number 1 critic in city hall against stop and frisk. Good decision by Scheindlin and NYPD finally got exposed.
