Schezwan garlic paneer 200gms - paneer cubed 1 onion chopped 1 small capsicum cubed 1 tbsp - schezwan sauce ( homemade/ store bought ) 5 cloves garlic chopped 1 tbsp - tomato ketchup Salt to taste. Corn flour 2 tbsp Pepper - black or white 2 tbsp oil 1tsp light soya sauce Method 1 Mix paneer cubes with 1 tbsp xornflour salt and pepper. 2 Heat oil in a wok or kadai 3. Stir fry these paneer cubea in high flame until they are golden brown. Take out and drain exxess oil. 4. Now in the same kadai, add another tbsp spoon oil, add 1 tsp of light soya sauceadd garlic, onions and stir fry till they are crunchy and half done. 5. Now add schezwan sauce tomato ketchup. Salt to taste and fry for a min. 6. Now add the paneer xubes and capaicum and mix well. 7. Jus before serving mix 1tbs cornflour with 1/2 cup water and pour over rhe paneer. Swicht off the gas imm. Swrve hot with fried rice ir noodle
