Lecturers on SWM are available within the Basura Buster network and MSU academe initiated by Young Moro Professionals Network Northern Mindanao LGUs by the Local Government Code (LGC) of 1991 are required to organize Local Schools Boards and must enforce SWM . Leaves in schools can be turned into fertilizer through shredding by the City Agriculture office. Coordination is urged.
