Science and horticulture friends, A few weeks ago, Daxs class was studying seeds and planting of flowers and fruits, etc. He brought home an apple seed and Justin researched how to germinate the seed. We followed the directions, and almost 3 weeks later, that seed still hasnt sprouted a root lol Are there other ways to germinate an apple seed, other than putting it in a container with wet paper towels, in a refrigerator? I believe his apple seed came from a red apple. (the point, of course, is for him to see the process and really learn about it). I feel maybe theres something we dont know…lol Thanks!
