Science states that the noon day sun is most beneficial as therevis a greater concentration of UV -B rays needed for Vit D production. I stayed in noon sun and my body feels not so right. It has concerns. All animals are taking cover in the noon day sun. We must be in the sun in an upright position. Our hair is like fur and a sun shield. Our naked body is meant more for cooling than too much sun exposure. We get less sun exposure to naked skin when upright. I will stick to Ayurveda and one hour morning sun and afternoon sun. The west is a dilution of the anient wisdom of the East. They cannot compare with the wisdom of the East.
