Scientists approximate that the average person sleeps about 32 YEARS of their lives. Thats the recommended 7-9 hrs per night over an average lifespan. That says a LOT about how important sleep is to life that nature has us asleep for over 30 years of our lives, right? Sleep is meant to be enjoyed not avoided. This also indicates that our dreams are a significant aspect of our lives, more than we might realize.
