Scotland -> Boise -> McCall -> San Francisco I had considered giving you a event by event version of what had happened so far, but it wasn’t much fun to write. I’ve decided to give you all the good parts :D I’m sorry I’ve not had much chance to write, I thought I’d be able to write during car journeys but I’ve been sleeping during them as I’ve been so tired. Sunday 5th around 3pm I headed to a BBQ which my camp mothers organised as a way of getting everyone who was free together to come see me. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing it was to see them, I’d missed them all so much! We spent the afternoon laughing and reminiscing about events that happened at camp. To be back with my American family was incredible it felt like no time had passed at all, natural. Monday we headed to McCall and had lunch at ‘My Father’s Place’ with another one of my camp friends, Toni. It was just as good as I remembered. We then headed to ‘Camp Alice Pittenger’ (CAP), which is where I worked at a Girl Scout camp the summer of 2013. We had a look around and showed my parents around. Showing the parents camp, they finally saw how beautiful camp is. It’s hard to explain how beautiful CAP is so I will let the photos give you an idea. Later that night we headed to Toni’s apartment to have chicken potpies, one my favourite dishes at camp. We caught up, FaceTimed a fellow CAP friend who couldn’t make it down and played Phase 10. Tuesday we headed to the McCall shop, where I bought the cutest pajamas. McCall is known for Huckleberries, which are smaller than blueberries and not as sweet. Also seeing as McCall is near a national park, means bears. So I got some Huckle-Beary PJ’s! Photo Below, just so you guys can be jealous of my PJ’s. We drove around the lake with Victoria, as it only takes around 40 minutes and there are some great views and photo opportunities. Later that night we headed to Toni’s for a rematch of Phase 10 and S’mores
