Scotland names team to play South Africa November 13, 2013 Scott Johnson has named his team to take on South Africa this weekend, with uncapped lock Jonny Gray set to make his debut from the bench. As the brother of Richie, who starts in the engine room, should he take to the field they will become the 47th set of brothers to play for Scotland. Duncan Taylor replaces the injured Matt Scott at inside centre, while Moray Low and Alasdair Dickinson are preferred in the front row. Jim Hamilton and Gray senior make up the second row partnership, while John Barclay, man of the match in 2010 when Scotland last beat the Springboks, will wear seven. There is no room in the squad for Kelly Brown, so Greig Laidlaw captains the side from scrum-half.
