Scott Burdick and Susan Lyons, both outstanding artists, went with a group to paint in Turkey and Spain. They painted with freedom everywhere til they got to Barcelona. Barcelona would rather have its streets filled with partiers who litter the streets than allow plein air painters to set up and paint!! Shameful!
