Denver, Colorado March, 2013 - Scott Underwood Agency opened in City Center Marketplace on March 1, 2013. “I was looking for a space in a shopping center in Aurora that was newer and nicer than surrounding centers and City Center Marketplace met those requirements,” said Underwood. “I wanted exposure along Alameda and the rent at City Center was less than other available centers.” Underwood added, “This space is well situated for good walk-in traffic.” In addition to auto, home, and life insurance, Underwood will offer the full range of financial products that State Farm has to offer. Underwood has a Series 63 Certification for mutual funds, mortgages, and auto loans. The office will have five fully licensed team members, all certified. The lease term on the 1,200 square foot space is three years.
