Scott Walker says he invested $100 million in worker training, which is mostly true. BUT the ad he has out does not say is that the $$$ he is talking about that he added, he is actually just adding in part of what he had cut years before. Agencies are in the process of submitting their requests for spending in the 2015 budget and to date have requested increases in excess of $1 billion, adding to the $1.8 billion structural budget figure. That is a projected 2.8 BILLION dollar deficit. With all the cuts he had made to the general funding how are we as a state end up with the $1.8 billion structural budget deficit for 2015? He cut taxes, so NOW we have a shortfall. Ill give you a guess who had most of their taxes cut... and he cant say that giving all those cuts to corporations has given the State a huge amount of jobs. Walker did not create the jobs he promised us and is leaving us with a huge deficit. He cut public school funding and gave tax breaks to those who sent their kids to a Privatized school. Is THAT fair to YOUR family? YOUR TAX $$ was taken from YOUR kid/grandchildren to be given to a school ran by a corporation and the people who were using that CORPORATION. Wasnt Gov. Walker telling every TV station and all press that he had given Wisconsin a 1 BILLION dollar SURPLUS earlier this year? Where the hell did that $$ go? Was it even there? If it was how did he screw up the budget so badly in such a short amount of time? Do some REAL homework people. THIS is a critical time for our state.
