Scottish Independent Radio shared a link. Subject: Update on the ‘Devolution of Broadcasting Powers to Holyrood’. Comment: With only seven short days remaining before the “St. Andrew’s day White Paper” promised, by Gordon Brown in his “Devolution Timetable” – it seems like at best a questionable time for Mr. Brown to exit his position of assumed ‘Power’ in this matter… at worst, it could be: ‘The Crime of the Century’, if the promise is breached?... It should be noted, Mr. Brown was not in parliament at the time he made his promise of “Home Rule within the uk”. Accordingly, he was not protected against legal action for wrongdoing, should indeed, any wrongdoing was committed?... The promise was Broadcasted to the people of Scotland. Under Scots Law, ‘Breach of Promise’ is an actionable wrongdoing. However, let’s hope that this is not ‘The Crime of The Century’ and the promise will be honored in full by all parties, in - and maybe, conveniently out, of office?: “St Andrews Day, November 30th 2014 - white paper”. “This is the real date when the actual concrete proposals have to be agreed upon. Its an official government paper, a statement of intent, which the opposition will have to accept if they want to avoid being the ones ruining the process. Theres nothing to stop Miliband kicking up trouble, here, apart from it will turn his reputation to mud”. youtube/watch?v=Fyt_oEtxUJk politics.co.uk/comment-analysis/2014/09/23/scottish-devolution-timetable-can-westminster-keep-its-promi
