Scotts last laugh..... We at Rossis have been spending this past week remembering our late friend Scott Rosencrans we lost one year ago to a drunk driver. We can all remember how well he did his job as he moved about the restaurant with a mental list of service industry emergencies a mile long that now seem so meaningless. We can also remember his laugh. Scotty had a very distinct laugh that believe it or not has not ceased to meet the ears of folks here on Earth even as we speak. Scottys last laugh, from his body, came one year ago however continues to be produced from the lungs he donated to another. Someone that still lives among us today and has been given the gift to celebrate one more year of life and laughter thanks to Scott. We close this week of remembrance with a firm miss you man, love you brother, and continue to rest in peace Scott. Your Earthbound family.
