Scout Nate Holloway has made a difference! YOU ARE INVITED to a public dedication, by Senator Van Drew and Assemblyman Bob Andrzejczak, of our new outdoor play area at the Family Promise Day Center 505 Town Bank Road North Cape May, NJ at 4:00 P.M. on October 30th. Earlier this year, prospective Eagle Scout Nate Holloway chose Family Promise as the site for his Eagle Scout project. Since opening a year ago, the Day Center has been in dire need of a backyard play area for children in the program. 16 year-old Nate not only recognized the need, but he formulated a plan to construct a play area adjacent to the Day Center, raised the necessary funds and he even recruited volunteers to help with the heavy lifting. A sophomore at Ocean City High School, Nate Holloway is currently a Life Scout (the rank before Eagle) with Troop 79 of Seaville. Please join us and check out the completed project!
