Scout is 13 of 13 on NYACCs Kill List for 6/26/13. Please share. *~*~*~*~*SENIOR ALERT*~*~*SENIOR ALERT*~*~*~*~* *******************Terrified Senior******************* Scout is 10 years old and terrified! What are the chances that a lovely creamy colored older German Shepherd mix would be a “stray?” More likely Scout was dumped by his owners who preferred he be categorized as a stray for their own selfish reasons. Either way this poor boy sits in a cage at Brooklyn ACC surrounded by noise and chaos, wondering when somebody will come to take him home. Scout likes to be a pet as he allowed the ACC folks to give him attention and affection; something all senior dogs deserve. Being a senior, Scout does have some medical issues to be attended to and could use a good medical exam. Scout could also use a few good meals as at 52 pounds he is a bit underweight. We are particularly taken with Scout’s perky ears and winsome cock of his head while busting out a big smile! Scout has been dumped again on the ACC’s euthanasia list and will be killed tomorrow if we do not intervene so that he can see another tomorrow. Please advocate for sweet senior Scout who longs for a new home where he can love, be loved and enjoy his golden years.
