Scouts, tonight was not a good session for me. I brought Andy down to see if he wanted to become a leader but he wasnt impressed with how no one listened to us and the general way you did the complete opposite to my instructions. Although the planning wasnt very good tonight its hard to organise anything when you start playing in push chairs and kicking balls around. I do give up my time to be a leader and I was hoping that by Andy helping out we could start to give you all some practical things to do, but after tonight hes unlikely to take you seriously. I have convinced him to give next week a go, but that might be the last time he comes if you dont show a bit of respect. Can you all please think about how you come across at Scouts and help me rather than making life hard. Thanks, Ollie.
