Scrap The Crap A diet heavy in supplements yet lacking in real foods is a sure fire way to failure, wasted money, wasted time and poor results. Protein shake on a morning, pre workout before the gym, mass gainer shake post workout and another slow acting protein shake before bed. Is this really required? No, and surely if it was, it would be much better from real whole foods with a whole host of further macro and micro nutrients to accompany it. Supplements are just that, they supplement good nutritious meals, so lets keep it like that.
