Screaming!!! Thank you for all those that posted a Happy Birthday on yesterday, December 28th. Since my birthday is so close to the new year, I always start my new year on that day. I use that time reflect on the past year and choose to grow from it. This year on 1/10/14. I weighed 330 lbs and I have lost 73# so far. My year isnt quite up so I am looking to be 80# by 1/10/15. I started again after realizing that I had invested more energy into others rather than myself and God! Thank God for wisdom! I had asked God for a long prosperous life, however I was posed with an question. What was my investment? And what would I change to ensure that? Lump in the that!!! So I have added eating to live on purpose, to my praise and thankfulness to God!!! I have learned to love me! Appreciate me! Celebrate me! Encourage me! Improve me! Build me! Grow me! Water me! Feed me good and positive things! Dont lose your head to emotions! Truth only I care what really happens to me! Enjoy life with a Smile, it breaks down barriers and destroys the enemy. I learned to enjoy people I love, if allowed! If not, dont sweat it, Next!!!! I have a life too! Be available to me for me!!!! Sounds a little selfish? It might! I have paid dues! I still love people, that is who I am. But needed some of that love coming back this way. Being strong is not always a plus!! Wanting to be a blessing, is not always a plus!
