Screen-Free Week May 5-11 Play Day Schedule All activities planned are FREE! Mon-Sat 3:30-4:30pm, Sun 1-2pm Mad Scientist Monday- May 5 Experiment with solar energy and make your own lava lamp. Please bring your own clear plastic bottle (ex: 12 oz. water or soda bottle) Obstacle Course Tuesday- May 6 Come play with us outside! We (Dancing Bear crew) will take over part of our parking lot to play games & play with demo toys! Writing Workshop Wednesday- May 7 Write and illustrate your own story with help from fun activities and prompts. Older kids can create their own comic book. Animal Safari Thursday- May 8 Go on a store-wide safari for animals from around the world and learn how to identify animal tracks in your own backyard! Superhero Friday- May 9 Come dressed as your favorite superhero and well help you accessorize with a cool mask and official superhero badge. Sprouting Saturday- May 10 We will be making hand-made tissue paper flower pens (great gift idea for mothers day)! Plus, help us spruce up our store front by planting flowers in the outdoor beds. Sidewalk Sunday- May 11 Grab some chalk and help us turn our sidewalk into a work of art! Youll get your own 7x7 sidewalk square to decorate, so come prepared to color. *If it rains, this schedule may change. *Parents, please attend with your child. Well make sure you have fun too!
