Scumbags such as these have managed to place the world into the miserable state it is in. This is a typical sign that civilisation is on the brink of collapse unless serious measures are taken to ridify this despicable form of conduct. This evil piece of excrement deserves similar treatment to that he had issued upon his victims. Then he should be left to roast or freeze in the elements by sitting in a cage dangling from a tall tree of building.
