Sean met with the architect today in Pasadena for the pre-construction meeting at the latest fire-loss reconstruction job site. The fire started in the attic in this historic Pasadena home and nearly burnt it to the ground. Scope of work for this one: Complete repipe, drain & vent system, tankless water heater, hvac system complete,second story master suite with a bathroom, master shower and soaking tub and of course the obvious structural reinforcement, roof trusses and the trickiest part is we have to reuse all the windows and the rock chimney.
