Sear regected a review I wrote for an item (guess they didnt like my 1 star) says it relates to a customer service issue and to call customer service (like I havent been on the phone with them enough) after this I think I just boycott they are obviously unable to resolve issues! It had to so with the product ordered being wrong TWICE in a row. So it had to do with product being wrong in system. Something that would have been helpful to know to someone in a time crunch.
