Search Warrant - Commercial Brothel On September 18, 2014, at approximately 11:00 AM, a search warrant was served upon a business suspected of operating as a brothel near the 1800 block of Lampton Lane, in the city of Norco. The service of the search warrant by investigators was a combined effort of personnel from multiple law enforcement agencies and specialized enforcement units working together in close cooperation. Participating agencies included the Riverside County Sheriffs Department Special Investigations Bureau, the Norco Sheriffs Office Community Oriented Policing and Problem Solving Team, the Jurupa Valley Stations Special Enforcement Team, the Riverside County Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force, and the State Departments Diplomatic Security Service. Investigators present at the search warrant detained three subjects involved in the operation and seized multiple items of evidence related to the ongoing investigation. Grecia De La Torre, 30, a resident of Upland, was arrested for soliciting an undercover officer for prostitution. Helen Michelle Villavicencio, 22, also from Upland, was arrested on charges of pimping and operating a brothel. Villavicencio was transported and booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center in Riverside. The Norco Sheriffs Office would like to remind citizens of its commitment to safety and vigilance in combating crime.
