Seattle, WA + NPR Live Recording in Seattle Seeks Local Talent From the Top with host Christopher O’Riley, the hit NPR radio program showcasing America’s best young classical musicians, is seeking local talent for its live show recording on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at 8 p.m. +/- details The weekly hour-long radio program is heard on KING-FM on Saturday, 7 to 8 p.m., as well as on more than 250 other stations nationwide. The show will be presented by Cornish College of the Arts in PONCHO Concert Hall in the historic Kerry Hall at 710 E. Roy Street in Seattle. Deadline: January 26, 2014 Eligibility: Classical musicians, ages 8 to 18 who have not graduated from high school. Solo performers on all instruments, composers and vocalists and instrumental or vocal ensembles. Program also seeks young musicians for concerts that are part of its national tour.
