Seavus Donates IT Equipment to FINKI On 9 July, the largest IT company in Macedonia, Seavus made a donation in IT equipment to the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering (FINKI) in Skopje for students engaged in embedded system courses. Seavus President Kocha Boshku and Seavus Embedded Division Manager Blagoj Kupev presented the donation to the Dean of the Faculty – Prof. Dimitar Trajanov, Ph.D. The donation is aimed at students engaged on the course “Embedded Computer Systems” at the Faculty starting this September where they will work with modern educational systems and quickly explore the secrets of embedded technologies. The donation consists of a set of circuit boards containing modern micro controllers and a wide range of peripheral interfaces for connecting to embedded systems as well as other digital devices. The circuit board is built in a way that allows basic fabrication of embedded systems for various purposes, including education for students who want to learn the technologies used for production of embedded systems. They will help students test their software solutions and adapt to different purposes, make performance measurements and gradually learn the methods of communication through popular interfaces such as: USB, UART, SPI, I2C, etc. Seavus will continue to increase the scope of cooperation with technical Universities in the country, and the donation of FINKI is just one in a series planned to be implemented over the next period. # # # About Seavus: Seavus® is a software development and consulting company with a proven track-record in providing successful enterprise-wide business solutions.
