Second Chance Rescue NYC Dogs Wow, Cooper has come a long way. From being just a small scrawny puppy struck with parvo at ACC to this beautiful black and white beefy boy. Cooper is a fabulous dog! He is loved by all of our volunteers, and his best friend is a 12 year old volunteer named Gabriella who plays fetch with him out in the play-yard. Cooper lost his foster home at the beginning of July when his foster mom suffered serious health issues and was hospitalized. Cooper lived with 6 other dogs! He LOVED to play with them and pal around in the yard. He is GREAT with other dogs. Poor Cooper is now in boarding, and we are so sad he is not in a home. Cooper is house-trained, crate trained, loving, and cuddly. Please consider opening your heart and home to Cooper, Fosters are welcome, and he is a well-socialized boy. Cooper is only 1 1/2.
