They should be available in the hall throughout the counseling till their process of admission is completed. Fees will not be accepted before 02 August 2013. Failure to report on 02 August 2013 will lead to cancellation of seat offered and they will be given to candidates in the Waiting List on the same day. Classes commence from 2 August 2013. b) The seats will be filled in the following order: Unreserved, OBC, SC, ST, VHC/PHC and WDP. c) Some of the candidates have scored the same marks. Therefore, admission will be offered on the basis of marks in the qualifying examination (10 +2) up to the number of seats in each Category. d) Certificates to be submitted in Original at the time of Registration 1. Intermediate Certificate ( 10 +2) 2. Date of Birth Certificate (SSC / X Class Std.) 3. Transfer Certificate (Must) 4. Migration Certificate (Must) 5. Community Certificate (in the case of SC/ST/OBC candidates) 6. Latest (as on March 2013) Income Certificate from the Competent Authority, if they wish to apply for any scholarship /fee concession 7. Medical Certificate (in the case of VHC/HHC/PHC candidates) 8. One recent passport size colour photo 9. EFL University Entrance Test 2013 - Admit Pass (copy) 10. WDP candidates to produce discharge certificate, identity card, pension book at the time of Interview. 11. Annexure II and III (down load from University website 12. Bond for Provisional Admissions/results awaited (download from University website) The original certificates of admitted candidates will be deposited in the University until the completion of the programme. They will be returned on production of a No Dues Certificate at the end of the course. Also Two sets of Xerox copies (with attestation) of all the above certificates should be submitted. OBC Candidates According to Central Educational Institutions Act 2006, only those OBCs who do not belong to the "creamy layer" are given the benefit of reservations. According to O.M.No. 36033/3/20904-Estt. (Res.), dated 09.03.2004, GOI Dept of Per. & Trg. sons and daughters of persons having a gross annual income of Rs. 6 lakhs or above are not eligible for OBC reservations. For details of castes which fall under backward classes please check the GOI website ncbn.nic.inlbackward-classesfindex.html. Therefore, if you have been provided admission under the OBC category, you will be admitted only if you produce an OBC certificate, from an officer competent to issue such certificates, clearly stating that the annual income of your parents does not exceed 6 lakhs, as per the latest rules of GOI announced from time to time. 1. Hostel accommodation is not available to local candidates. Outstation candidates will be considered for shared accommodation subject to availability. If admission is offered, the candidates should pay mess deposit as per hostel rules. Please Note: EFL University is not a residential University. Therefore, accommodation on campus cannot be guaranteed. 2 Attention of the candidate is drawn to the clause mentioned in the Instructions for filling in the Application Form provided along with the Application Forms and is reproduced. “If it is found that a candidate does not fulfill the minimum eligibility requirements, his/her candidature will not be considered for admission and if the admission is granted, it shall be cancelled summarily”. 3 All candidates offered admission MUST be accompanied by their parent(s)/legal guardians to the University on the date specified.
