Second and last reminder of the day. Complaining about people judging you before they know you is dumb as hell. Im talking music taste, culture, typing style and sense of humour. You have a problem with people making irrational judgements or ascribing far too much value to them, I.e. treating their preconceptions as definitive evaluations of your personality. The fact that they judge isnt the problem. The specific judgements are due to their irrationality. There is nothing wrong with justified preconceptions. A girl listens to scenecore, (ignoring the other ways that music taste reflects personality) shes probably a dumbass, but understand that your judgement is based on a surface trait and can be wrong. Im not saying that you should give everyone a chance - some surface traits can give you a 90% chance of someone being a moron, dont waste your time - but please understand what preconceptions are and that they can be rational and helpful.
