GO VOLS ----- Parking & Traffic Information PARKING MAPS Game day parking for all lots surrounding Neyland Stadium is reserved for pass holders. Donors who have previously requested and paid for parking permits will receive their passes in the mail before the season. Improperly parked vehicles or those found in a restricted area will be towed at the owners expense. Towed vehicles may be claimed by contacting UT Police at (865) 974-3114. TRAFFIC FLOW Due to the Vol Walk and the band march, Volunteer Boulevard from east Andy Holt Avenue to Lake Loudoun Boulevard is closed to vehicular traffic for approximately 30 minutes beginning five minutes before the scheduled start time for the Vol Walk. During that time, Phillip Fulmer Way from east Andy Holt Avenue to Peyton Manning Pass will also be closed to vehicular traffic. Parking permit holders for lots in this area should arrive two hours prior to kickoff in order to avoid traffic and pedestrian congestion. Three hours before kickoff, Phillip Fulmer Way will be closed from Middle Drive to Tee Martin Drive. City of Knoxville Game Day Traffic Page OFF CAMPUS PARKING/SHUTTLES Numerous KAT buses transport fans to and from the Civic Coliseum, Old City and Market Square area of downtown at a round-trip cost of $6 per person starting three hours before kickoff. Eight buses run from Farragut High School off Campbell Station Road to Neyland Stadium at a round-trip cost of $16 per person starting three hours before kickoff. A free shuttle is available from the Ag Campus. Public Parking Info on Game Day RV PARKING RV parking is available at the Civic Coliseum and the Blackstock Street lot, located behind the Foundry at the North Worlds Fair area. The cost is $25 per day, with room for approximately 100 RVs and hookups for 20. Security is provided at the Coliseum site beginning Friday after 3 p.m. KAT Shuttle service to Neyland Stadium is available. ACCESSIBLE PARKING Accessible parking and shuttle service is available from the Agricultural Campus. For information regarding accessible parking, please call UT Parking Services at (865) 974-6031. The accessible parking on the Ag Campus is first come, first served. There are approximately 150 spaces. A parking pass is not required. The Civic Coliseum provides accessible parking and a shuttle to Gate 21. Navigating the Cone Zone With much construction underway on campus, new and returning visitors will see the following changes: All lanes of Neyland Drive approaching campus are open for the football season as renovation work continues on the Henley Bridge over the nearby Tennessee River. The parking garage next to the University Center has been demolished and the nearby section of Andy Holt Avenue has been permanently closed to make way for a new Student Union. Cone Zone signs featuring a hard hat-wearing Smokey have been placed around campus, helping direct motorists and pedestrians to find campus parking and detour around the construction. The latest information on campus construction can be found at conezone.utk.edu. Due to campus construction, fans are encouraged to arrive early.
