Secretary UNEB ... cannot be replaced. Contract extended beyond 75 years! Chief Justice ... unreplaceable too ... contract also extended beyond 70 years against standing rules. NRM ministers ... the same old tired people recycled over and over again including always asleep Moses Ali, Kajura and until his own people got tired and booted him out, kivedhinda! As for the president almost 30 years but he still does not want to go home, thus the current ongoing Kyankwanzi circus and popularisation thievery not to mention ring fencing his position as party chairman from challenge when his bulldog ATG is not beating and teargassing or harrassing political opponents using the courts! The myth is being constructed ... in a country of 34 million people and counting, vision is confined to only a few handpicked people loyal to the incumbent! I wonder why money is wasted on elections whose only job is to sanitise a military government! In 2016, a tired old man will be presented as the only man with a vision in a land of 34 million people. A man who has done everything possible to stiffle the growth of any successor to his rule ... except of course the son he has promoted on steroids! God Save Uganda!
