Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council says Washingtons efforts to form an international anti-ISIL coalition are suspicious and lack transparency. Ali Shamkhani says some countries which cooperate on forming the anti-ISIL coalition have backed the terrorist group. He accused Washington of pursuing unilateral policies and violating other countries’ sovereignty under the pretext of fighting terrorism. He said the U-S is trying to divert the world’s attention from its pivotal role in supporting and equipping terrorist groups aimed at toppling the legitimate government in Syria. The Iranian official said the U-S is trying to cover up these crises through pretending to deal with international issues.
