The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity and efficiency of operations. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures. Assist in the planning of the use of resources, delegation of tasks and accountabilities, the establishment of work schedules, the supervision of staff and the monitoring and evaluation of performance. Optimising roster planning Liaison with Clients. Liaison with management. Retain current business in the region by means of service excellence. Minimum requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels Ability to deal with a variety of tasks across different disciplines at any one time Ability to organise and prioritise workload across different disciplines Ability to meet challenging deadlines Valid South African ID document or card Valid South African Drivers license, preferably code 8 Report compilation and writing skills Ability to liaise effectively with a wide variety of staff, external organizations and clients PSIRA Registered Interested?
