Job title: Security Analyst Main Responsibilities: • Work as part of a security operation center team at one of the customer’s clients. • Monitor alerts incoming from various security devices (IDS/IPs, firewalls, web application firewalls, anti-virus, etc...). • Monitor security alerts incoming from critical IT infrastructure components (Servers, routers, web servers, etc…). • Analyze incoming events to determine to attacks from false positives. • Escalate security incidents in accordance with pre-defined SLAs and escalation matrices. • Manage the intrusion prevention polices to minimize false positives. • Provide first line incident response to contain the impact of progressing security incidents. • Provide first line forensic investigation capability to determine the impact of security incidents.
