Security Bill Passed by Minority: A minority group (MPs) of Legislative assembly(Juba) has passed into law the Security Bill that was protested by the Amnesty International, Canada and USA. These well-wishers warned the South Sudan parliament to never pass the bill because it gives the security forces power to surveillance, wiretap and search anybody any where without legal authorization. In developed countries like Canada and US this is illegal. The law enforcement cannot search private places like your bedroom without obtaining ITO from a court of law. The bill was passed by a few MPs, mostly from Bahr el Ghazal region. The MPs from the Greater Equatoria, Greater Upper Nile, SPLM-DC and other independent parties walked out of the parliament.
