Security Manager An International Construction Company in Cairo is seeking to hire: A Security Site Manager. Qualifications: -Experience:6-10 years in construction companies -A Military or Police Officer is preferred -Have strong management and negotiation skills -Excellent Supervision Skills. Job Description: A. Responsible for planning, developing and implementing security plans, security programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management and/or Investigation. B. Setting the evacuation plan and ensure the effectiveness of procedures of industrial security. C. Organize the work shifts of the security personnel, define the role and responsibility of each of them and follow-up their work through all the company sites. D. Supervise the records of the movements (entry and exit) of personnel and equipments to and from all sites. E. Emphasize on the principle of reward and punishment F. praise hard workers in the security staff G. Preparation all reports of security and the movement and deliver them to the Director of Administrative Affairs on a regular basis. H. Preparation of reports of work performed I.
