Security Notice; two cars have been broken in in the garage in the last few days. Homeless people and drug users are following people down the car ramp and both shooting up, and sleeping, in areas of the basement. I have asked the guards at Sherriff Street to patrol inside the Pedestrian Gates and I am trying to arrange universal swipe for them. If you see anything suspicious call the guards and do not take any personal risks. Some resident teenagers and their friends have also been spotted on the steps to the garage and drinking in the garage very late at night. Can I suggest that Cluid and/ or all the parents speak to the teenagers that this is not acceptable? There is not yet suggestions that they are involved in crime or anti-social behaviour. This is just prevention. I think we need more securities in general; and certainly some covers from 10pm (when W39 finish) to 2am. I would like to hear your opinions and if there is the majority i will put it to Wyse/CQML.
