Security for Health institution: To diffuse any agitation best form of action on the part of Government is to form an enquiry committee.If that is not done next best is to call an urgent meeting with all categories of staff,administration and political persons and to suggest ways and means of security. But why security is necessary in a health institute, where sick people attend to be cured ? why they are aggrieved? what they want ? without complying with the patients demand if we increase external security for health workers and health institutions it will never be fruitful, rather it will increase insecurity to both. So, to be secured we are to fulfill the demand of sick. Bayonet can never replace a scalpel.health delivery system must be appropriate for patients demand. That will be a permanent security.Security guards could not save mahatma Gandhi or Indira Gandhi. We must understand the pain of sufferers. All efforts of administration and Association should be directed toward patients need and satisfaction, not in searching the police person. We must not create a jail in place of a health temple.Of course that much of security must be provided by the Government who has taken the responsibility of public life.
