Sedgwick County Economic Development is a proud partner of Energy Outreach Colorado. Helping Coloradans afford home energy. Energy Outreach Colorado is the only non-profit organization in the state raising funds to help limited-income Coloradans afford home energy. Since it was established 25 years ago, EOC has distributed more than $200 million for energy bill payment assistance, emergency heating system repair and energy efficiency improvements for affordable housing and non-profit facilities. Energy Outreach relies on individual donations, organizational funders and grants. It has received 13 consecutive top ratings from Charity Navigator and is an accredited charity member of the Better Business Bureau. If you or someone you know is in need of assistance with their home energy, applications can be picked up at our office at in the Julesburg Town Hall at 100 W. 2nd. Applications are also available at the Sedgwick, Ovid and Julesburg Town Halls.
