All that remain are the cut ropes that tied the licensed banners up. Well, as scary as our banners are to some people, the message on them is just to invite people to oppose two highway projects (Kidex and DASH) that do not benefit the residents of Petaling Jaya in any way. The event details are as follows: Date: Sunday 25 Jan 2015 Time: 10am to 12pm Venue: Dataran Petaling Jaya (next to A&W Petaling Jaya) This venue is rented and a police permit has been applied for and granted. To keep things in order, we do have the following rules: 1. If you have a message you wish to convey to our governments, do write it on a manila cardboard (just make sure there are no vulgar / offensive words on it). 2. No children under 18 allowed. That was a strict requirement by the cops. 3. Please park your vehicles at Amcorp Mall or PJX and walk over to the venue. Please do not park on the streets and block the road. 4. Do not litter. If you have questions on that day, we will have booths set up where our volunteers will help guide you, explain to you what the issues are or maybe even direct you to the public toilets.
