See all the people in this photo? Theyre the ones who won a B. Iden Payne award last night. Our nine amazing ladies (not pictured: one of them), four great guys, our spectacular tech crew - also not pictured, our astounding musical improviser Tosin Awofeso, my incredible co-director and creative partner Jayme Ramsay, and all the sweet people at the Institution Theatre for giving the Sugarbowl Cabaret a home for a few months, and helping us work around the crazy rehearsal schedule we forced on everyone. :) And, of course, all the other nominees in all the improv categories - every single one as deserving of an award as Hurly Burly, and every single one is part of the rising tide that is helping us bring improv to more and more people here in Austin, and around the world. I still have trouble believing that I get to be a part of something so amazing in so many ways. Thanks, everyone!
