See my other post on large cities and slums in the world... I flew over this slum when landing in Mumbai (Bombay) India a few years ago. I was shocked at the size as it literally filled my view for miles. The name of this slum is Dharavi... Dharavi has consecutively topped the charts as being one of the world’s most densely populated slums with over 1 million residents. Like all slums, Dharavi is run-down, polluted, beyond crowded, with extremely high poverty rates. And each of those people has a unique story to tell.
