See now, this is the shit I dont like. And by this, I mean the video. I dont know enough about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict to have an educated opinion on it but I can say this as to why this video is bullshit: 1. When waving the ISIS flag, Horowitz stood at the Campanile steps, where most students who pass by are rushing to class. When waving the Israeli flag, Horowitz stood at the Sproul steps, a common lunch/relaxing place and where A LOT more students pass by. If this video was going to even close to believable, he should have stood at the same place in both scenes. 2. The problem with videos like these is that they show clips selectively. Youre telling me not one person criticized him for waving the ISIS flag or praised him or were at least complacent with him waving this Israeli flag? I find that very hard to believe and it should be so. One of the biggest messages of the Muslim groups on campus, and around the world, in fact, is that they are not ISIS and that ISISs version of Islam is a perversion. To call this video Berkeley Student[s] react to ISIS flag is (technically) accurate, because those filmed were Berkeley students, but the implicit message that all or even most Berkeley students think this way is grossly inaccurate. A note on students silence when passing by: we see a lot of people preaching throughout the day telling us things like youll go to hell if you dont believe in *insert deity here*, that all religions but *insert religion here* are of heathens, etc. If I saw Horowitz, I would have walked by too, because I, like others, dont find people like these worth dealing with. The problem with videos like this is that they overwhelm you with scenes of one message in an attempt to convince you that nothing else exists. Those who actually buy into this bullshit show their ignorance by running around saying wow, all those people *insert group, place, etc.* think like this - what the hell is wrong with them. https://youtube/watch?v=wOHJ06bsSow
