See the girl in the hat? Thats Lt. Colonel Roberta Nickelson, USAF. Twenty years ago, that hat was Charlie Daniels. See the other guy in the photo with me? It was taken at Storme Warrens NashvilleNavy party last night. That is Storme Warren. I met him about 20 years ago, which is about the same time that Charlie Daniels of The Charlie Daniels Band, gave Storme that hat. It sat on his mantle for 20 years. Charlie told him to pass it on someday. He did last night when he auctioned it off at the party and Lt. Colonel Roberta outbid everyone. God bless her and keep her safe. I looked at her Facebook page tonight, when I got these photos from Misty. She has a photo of Darrel Worley of Kimberly N Darryl Worley, on her page. The Worleys did one of those cruises with me and another artist that I had the privilege of escorting on these very enjoyable Caribbean trips. In fact they were our next door neighbors for a week. Darrel couldnt make it to the party last night, but his wife, Kimberly did and she gave Misty and I, an envelope with a very generous jester. I dont know why I have been so blessed to have such great friends and people that want me to get busy living and not get busy dying, but I do. I just typed that I cant express how... but thats not true. I am blessed and my God, my savior, one love, the prayers, the positive vibes, ...the posts and the Likes doesnt want me or Misty or my friends to lose out to the dark side. I am bubbling over and it is healing. Thank you all for helping in this process.
