Seeing all the #PaczkiDay posts motivated me to try and make protein pancakes from scratch. So my first attempt ever was actually pretty successful and they taste incredible! Its super simple to make, heres the recipe... **Serves one pancake the size of the pic** Ingredients: -1/2 cup quick dry oats -1/2 cup if fat free cottage cheese -3 egg whites -1 table spoon of Vemma Bode Vanilla Protein -Peanut butter -Banana -Some super tasty syrup Directions: Combine quick oats, cottage cheese, egg whites, and protein powder in a blender. Mix it up until it resembles pancake batter. Heat a large pan, pour the batter in the center of the pan. Let it cook a couple minutes then flip it over for a couple more minutes. Take it out and load it up with peanut butter, bananas, and syrup! Enjoy!
