Seeing as how this is #TransformationTuesday and all, I thought Id post my pics. The pic on the right was taken last month, but my weight is the same. Im currently dealing with some health issues that are hindering weight loss, but staying the same because of meds and illness is so much better than gaining! Ive been back on plan since January 2013, and Im a slow loser now, but I do lose. :) I follow 2002 Atkins induction 100% for weight loss. When I get to goal, Ill stay in ketosis by following Nutritional Ketosis, laid out in The Art & Science of Low Carbohydrate Living, by Drs. Phinney & Volek.
