That said the like 8% of blokes who actually know their shit on here or were around 20 when E-series in particular were new, should know if you ordered a car NEW from Ford, if you were willing to pay for it; you can get any option put on your car from brand new. Few example off the top of my head I can think of; EL XR8 with factory leather trim, rear headrests, gt40 heads, allround elec windows. my mate actually owns a 2013 FG xr6 that he ordered with a G6e front on it and a few G6 trim options added from factory. EL Ghia with ELGT running gear/bodykit (probly cost the bloke more than just buying a GT back then) Im sure there will be a few who disagree haha.. there always is #internetlife but Ford isnt GMHolden, cars arent kit cars with changeover badges grills and steering positions. ..And ultimately, at the end of the day, If you cant wrap your head around the idea; Ring ford, and say youll order a new one of whatever but you want it with a certain option that isnt on the standard options list from new, bet you any money they get back to you if they think youre keen and will do it haha.
