Seeing https://facebook/IrwellValleyHA Wont do anything about the complaints Ive been making for the past several years Ill post it here Maybe one of them will be ashamed enough to do something about it Attached to this post are pictures of the roof which they did send someone out to look at well over a year ago, theyt put a ladder up spent 5 minutes and did nothing... yet the contractors probably got paid a fortune for it Also you can see the gutter which the downpipe has been blocked for years, and whenever it rains overflows into next doors garden, they have complained about it, Ive complained about it many times but Irwell Valley dont hive a shit Youll also see pictures of the Upstairs communal window (we live in one of the block of small flats (4 in a block) They say they pay for cleaning and window cleaning every year but the contractors do sod all The stains on the window are the results of eggs being thrown at it in 2007 - 7 years ago and its still there despite me complaining Also youll see spiderwebs where spiders breed in the hall, Yes the cleaners do come once a month and run a mop over the floor, but thats all they do, the spiders and web have been there years as you can see by the dirt on the window (and its hand height so no excuses) - Im disabled so cant stretch to do it myself, and to be honest I dont see why I should, we pay to get things like this done, and the contractors are paid to CLEAN Finally youll notice plaster rendering on the floor This hit me on the head last week Jan 2015 Im sick of complaing about the plaster falling off the roof of the back outside bit where the bins used to be kept before they made the front bin cupboard. Irwell Valley had several complaints about this, as well as me telling their inspectors in person last summer when they came round to inspect the outside and inside the communal areas, I saw them and went down and showed them, and told them its going to hit someone, they said - it will be sorted soon.. The garden is another matter, they come round once a month in the summer to cut the grass, in the front they do it properly, but in the back which is a very small communal garden they use a strimmer and then leave the grass to rot as it is, you end up with clumps of rotting grass all year They used the excuse when we asked once we dont touch up dog shit yet there is none. They cba doing it. Even if there was any, it would get collected along with the grass trimmings and they wouldnt have to touch it anyway!!! Yeh now my head is bloody sore all because Irwell Valley are the biggest bunch of idiots Ive had the displeasure of knowing All they care about is getting paid, and making themselves look good to the public by building the bandstans A proper childrens playground would have been money better spent.
