Seeing various lists of books shared by people on my friend list , I could not resist myself to share the list of books that have been interesting. Very few books can have a lifelong impact on a persons life , so , Im sharing only the books that Ill recommend everyone on my timeline to read. As I my reading choices are bit unusual , one may not find the popular titles here. Here goes the list of titles/authors: 1. Bhagwad Geeta : No reason/justification needed. Im thankful to my grandfather for making me read this when I was 7. 2. The Story of My Experiments with Truth by none other than M K Gandhiji - This one also does not need any reason. Every human being on the Earth should read this. Period. 3. The Fountainhead : Philosophy _/\_ 4. Shiva Trilogy : Interesting read , especially if you go through the intricate ideas.. 5. My India - Nani A Palkhivala : It is more like a collection of ideas , lectures and articles that reflect the India of 1970-1980s. After reading this book , I got the feel that India is almost in the similar state since Independence. What were seeing and experiencing is today not the nadir! 6. Creations of Jim Corbett : Being a naturalist and a hunter , his creations generally talk about life in jungles and various man-eaters . 7. Creations of Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam : He , in any of his book , has never criticized any person or an institution . All of this creations are full of optimism. Highly recommended. 8. Ramachandra Guha : His works about the Indian History are impeccable. 9. Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse 10. Importance of being earnest by Oscar Wilde 11. Inferno by Dan Brown - Needs no reason. - Few other recommendation based on my personal interests: - A Bank a buck by Tamal Bandopadhyay - Story of HDFC Bank - Fault lines: how hidden fractures still threaten the world economy by none other than Dr. Raghuram Rajan - RBI Governor - Critical Chain by Eliyahu M. Goldratt on Project Management - India Unbound by Gurucharan Das I have most of the above mentioned books in Physical copy and/or Kindle account. Ping me if you want to read any of these. I do not read CB. Im still searching the person who had suggested me to read books by Rashmi Bansal !
