Psalm 80:17, KJV God’s right hand suggests God’s favourable disposition towards a person. When the Psalmist talks about the man at God’s right hand, he is simply talking about a man God has favoured. Such person will always experience the works of God firsthand. Not only that, he/she is in full contact with God’s blessings because the hand of God brings about the provisions for life! Do your best to be a man after God’s heart so that His gracious hand may rest upon you. One thing denies a man from experiencing God’s hand and that is sin. Sin naturally makes God detest a man’s ways. Even if He has determined to make you a man of His right hand, sin is capable of making Him to change His mind. So, if you must be a man of His right hand, you must live a holy life.
